These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of magnetic-skin.com (the "Site") and your purchases from ELYXSHAFT LLC, doing business as Magnetic Skin ("Magnetic Skin", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

2. Products

Magnetic Skin Pheromone Body Butter is a cosmetic product for external use only. Before first use, test on a small area of skin and stop using it if irritation occurs. Check the full ingredient list on each product page if you have allergies. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Fragrance and pheromones are experienced differently by each person. Descriptions of how our products smell, how long the scent lasts or how others may react are based on our formulation and customer feedback, and individual results vary.

3. "Inspired by" fragrances

Our scents are original fragrances inspired by the scent profiles of well-known perfumes. Product names such as "Baccarat Rouge 540", "Lost Cherry", "Black Opium", "Love, Don't Be Shy" and "Good Girl" are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used only to describe the scent inspiration. Magnetic Skin is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by these brands, and our products are not their products.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Applicable sales tax and shipping fees are added at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our checkout and payment providers. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or if a product is unavailable; if you were charged, we'll refund you in full.

5. Offers and bundles

Bundle offers (such as Buy 2, Get 1 Free and Buy 3, Get 2 Free) apply automatically in the cart and can't be combined with other discounts unless stated.

6. Auto-Refill subscriptions

If you choose Auto-Refill at checkout, you authorize us to charge your payment method $29.00 (plus applicable tax) every 28 days, starting 28 days after your initial order, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, online or by email, at least 24 hours before your next charge. Full details are in our Auto-Refill Policy, which is part of these Terms.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. Returns (unopened jars only), refunds and our 90-day scent swap are described in our Refund Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the package is delivered to the carrier, but we'll help with any lost or damaged package as described in those policies.

8. Reviews and content you send us

If you send us a review, photo or comment, you confirm it's honest, reflects your own experience and that you have the right to share it. You allow us to publish it on our Site and marketing, with your first name and last initial. We never edit a review to change its meaning, and we disclose when a reviewer received a free product.

9. Use of the Site

All content on the Site (texts, images, logos, design) belongs to Magnetic Skin or its licensors and may not be copied without permission. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its security or use it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site and products are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought before the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, unless the consumer protection laws of your state give you the right to bring it elsewhere.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
