When will I get my tracking number?
As soon as your order ships, usually within 48 hours. It arrives by email from us, so check your spam folder too.
My tracking hasn't updated in a few days. Is that normal?
Carriers sometimes only scan a package at major hubs. If nothing has changed after 5 business days, send us a message below and we'll look into it.
It says delivered but I can't find it.
Check with neighbors and around your mailbox first. If it still doesn't turn up within 48 hours, contact us with your order number and we'll help.
Do you ship outside the US?
