Auto-Refill Policy

Auto-Refill is an optional subscription that sends you a new jar automatically so you never run out of your scent. This policy explains exactly how it works, what you'll be charged and how to cancel.
The key terms
- What you receive: 1 jar (150 g / 5.3 oz) of Magnetic Skin Pheromone Body Butter every 28 days.
- Price: $29.00 every 28 days, plus applicable sales tax, with free shipping.
- When you're charged: your first Auto-Refill charge happens 28 days after your initial order, then every 28 days after that, on the payment method used at checkout.
- How long it lasts: Auto-Refill continues until you cancel. There's no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee.
- How to cancel: any time, online or by email (see below). Cancel at least 24 hours before your next charge to stop it.
How you join
Auto-Refill is never added without your consent. You join only by selecting the Auto-Refill option and agreeing to these terms at checkout. Your order confirmation email repeats the price, the frequency, the date of your next charge and how to cancel.
Reminders
We email you 3 days before each charge with the amount, the date and a link to manage or cancel your Auto-Refill.
Your scent
Each Auto-Refill ships the scent you chose at checkout. Want to switch scents, skip a month or change your address? Do it from your customer portal at my.magnetic-skin.com (also linked in every Auto-Refill email) or email us at least 24 hours before your next charge.
How to cancel
You can cancel online in a few clicks, the same way you signed up:
- Online: log in to your customer portal at my.magnetic-skin.com, or use the "Manage my Auto-Refill" link in any Auto-Refill email, and click Cancel.
- By email: write to support@magnetic-skin.com with your order number. We confirm every cancellation by email.
When you cancel, no further charges are made. If your cancellation reaches us less than 24 hours before a charge, contact us and we'll refund that renewal if the jar hasn't shipped, or see our Refund Policy.
Price changes
If the Auto-Refill price ever changes, we'll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, so you can cancel if you don't want to continue.
Failed payments
If a charge fails, we'll retry it up to 3 times over 7 days and email you to update your payment method. If the payment still can't be processed, your Auto-Refill is paused and nothing ships.
